Step‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ 1: Requirement Discussion – Customers describe target market, product features, materials, safety regulations, and branding requirements.

Step 2: Design & Evaluation – Our engineering team examines implementation possibility and offers design solutions and cost quotations.

Step 3: Sample Development – We manufacture pre-production samples for testing and verification.

Step 4: Sample Approval – Customers inspect and approve samples or request modifications.

Step 5: Mass Production – Once approval is obtained, large-scale production begins under stringent quality control.

Step 6: Inspection & Shipment – The final inspection is performed before safe packaging and worldwide ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌delivery.

Quality‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Control Process

Step 1: Incoming Inspection

Raw materials are immediately inspected on delivery. We measure the material thickness and test the tensile strength of the frame tubes, fabrics, and plastic parts. Only the materials that comply with our internal specifications and safety standards are allowed to go for production.

Step 2: In-Process Inspection

Frame welding accuracy is re-checked with dimensional measuring instruments during the production process. Quality of the assembly is controlled by the load testing machines which guarantee that the load capacity of the child's stroller is between 25 and 30 kg depending on the particular model.

Step 3: Functional Testing

The major functions of the product are tested in a lab setting using brake performance testers, folding life cycle testers (3,000+ cycles), and wheel durability testing machines (10 km rolling test).

Step 4: Final Inspection

The end products are subjected to thorough appearance checks, packaging verification and random sampling tests. To ensure compliance with safety regulations, all baby strollers are inspected against EN 1888, ASTM F833, and other relevant standards prior to ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌shipment.

Third-party testing has been conducted by SGS, and our baby strollers have passed EN 1888 standards. Official SGS test reports can be provided for verification upon request.
