Quality Control Process

Step 1: Incoming Inspection

All raw materials are inspected upon arrival. We use material thickness gauges and tensile strength testing equipment to verify frame tubes, fabrics, and plastic parts. Only materials that meet internal specifications and safety requirements are approved for production.

Step 2: In-Process Inspection

During production, frame welding accuracy is checked with dimensional measuring tools. Assembly quality is monitored through load testing machines to ensure each stroller can safely support up to 25–30 kg, depending on the model.

Step 3: Functional Testing

Key functions are tested using professional equipment, including brake performance testers, folding life cycle testers (3,000+ cycles), and wheel durability testing machines (10 km rolling test).

Step 4: Final Inspection

Finished products undergo full appearance checks, packaging verification, and random sampling tests. All baby strollers are inspected in compliance with EN 1888, ASTM F833, and relevant international safety standards before shipment.
