Quality‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Control Process

Step 1: Incoming Inspection

All raw materials get inspected as soon as they arrive. For frame tubes, fabrics, and plastic parts, we've got thickness gauges and tensile strength testing equipment to help us check. Items that achieve the standards set internally and the requirements of safety only get the green light for production.

Step 2: In-Process Inspection

Frame welding accuracy is verified using dimensional measuring tools at different production stages. Assembly quality is sustained by monitoring with load testing machines so as to make sure every stroller is able to support a maximum weight of 25–30 kg safely, which depends on the model.

Step 3: Functional Testing

Functions that play a major role are tested with the help of specialized equipment. For example, brake performance testers, folding testers that simulate over 3,000 cycles, and wheel durability machines that do a 10 km rolling test.

Step 4: Final Inspection

The ability of the finished products to comply with the appearance, packaging, and other quality features is tested thoroughly. For baby strollers, random sampling tests also accompany the appearance checks and packaging verification in the inspection phase. Baby strollers are checked to conform with EN 1888, ASTM F833, and a variety of international safety standards before ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌delivery.
