① Color Deviation – No more "eye-ball matching." We use data.
As soon as you approve the lab dip, we log its L/D/A/B color numbers (ΔE ≤ 1.0). All production batches are subject to color spectrophotometer scanning right after the dyeing stage; if the batch color is out of tolerance a rework will be done immediately, without any exceptions
We save samples taken from the head-end and tail-end of every batch. Once the entire production is finished, we make a shade comparison to verify no shade difference within the same batch
We then cut bulk production swatches right before shipment and send them to you or the third-party lab to get approval. Shipping is done only after you give us the go-ahead
② Shrinkage & Distortion – "Within industry standard" is our minimum. We pre-set and test every roll.
Before greige fabric is dyed, it is pre-shrunk and heat-set – we establish the shrinkage rate during the finishing stage, not after the blanket has been made
Every finished roll is examined with an automated edge-guiding inspection machine which is able to track the width in real time – if the width of a particular roll deviates from the tolerance, an instant alarm is set off and the roll is removed from the line
Home-laundry shrinkage testing is carried out on samples randomly drawn from each batch (we replicate the care label conditions of your target market). Test results form part of our shipment report – if the batch is not successful, it is reworked
③ Weight / Thickness Cheating – Weighing and recording of each roll individually.
There is no "spot-check weighing" here. We individually weigh and record the weight of every single roll. The rolls that are under the minimum weight limit are not even accepted to the warehouse
Along with your shipment is a weight distribution table that accurately indicates which rolls are heavier and which ones are lighter – you can trace the weight at any time

We keep the related retained samples for 6 months. If you raise a problem with any roll, we identify its production batch, machine ID, operator record, and inspection data – and we respond to you within 5 minutes.

We don't "try our best" to match the sample. Instead, we convert every parameter - color value, shrinkage rate, weight, etc. - into a standard where if a roll fails on any single parameter it is rejected. 1. Will the fleece blanket keep its color after washing?
Yes, it will. The blanket is made using a special cationic dyeing and color fixing technique that results in excellent washing and sun fastness. The color will neither fade nor bleed even after multiple machine washing.
2. Is the rabbit fleece side of the blanket prone to lint shedding or pilling?
Absolutely not. The high-density carded rabbit fleece that goes through the anti-pilling treatment process is guaranteed to have no lint shedding and pilling even after the long-term use.
3. What are the most suitable sales scenarios for this blanket?
The blanket really can be sold anywhere from offline supermarket wholesale, home textile store retail, cross-border e-commerce platforms to independent station sales. We also welcome global buyers for bulk customized orders.
4. If we place multiple orders of the same blanket, can the dimensions and weight remain the same?
We certainly aim for that. We usually restrict the weight deviation between bulk products and samples within ±3% (in contrast to ±5%, which is the industry standard). Besides, a comprehensive weight data sheet showing the weight of each roll is included in every shipment, which means you can randomly select and weigh the rolls during unloading for checking. If it happens that any roll has a weight less than the minimum weight standard stated in the order, we will send the free replacement for that roll, and the shipping cost will be on us.
