Quality Control Process
Step 1: Incoming Material Inspection
We confirmed the correctness of the GSM (180–350 GSM) and the polyester content by testing all fabrics using a Fabric Weight Tester and Fiber Composition Analyzer. Before production, we also verify the color fastness and the absence of odor. Every batch of raw materials undergoes random sampling.
Step 2: In-Process Inspection
During cutting and sewing, we use Digital Thickness Gauges and Stitch Density Meters to measure the fabric thickness (with a ±3% tolerance) and the seam strength. Inspections during the in-process are performed at every major production stage.
Step 3: Performance Testing
We verify the blanket's wear resistance by a Martindale Abrasion Tester (over 10,000 rubs), the washing fastness by a Washing Fastness Tester (after 5–10 wash cycles), and the tensile strength by a Tensile Strength Tester. The tests are done after the blankets are finished.
Step 4: Final Inspection & Compliance
Also, in addition to the visual inspection and the packaging checks, 100% inspection is done before the packing. Eco-friendly, non-toxic, and safe: all our products comply with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, CPSIA, and REACH regulations. The quality management system we have is based on ISO 9001 standards.
