Quality‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Control Process

Step 1: Incoming Material Inspection

We test all fabrics with a Fabric Weight Tester and Fiber Composition Analyzer to make sure the GSM (180-350 GSM) and polyester content are correct. Color fastness and odor are also checked before production.

Step 2: In-Process Inspection

We employ Digital Thickness Gauges and Stitch Density Meter to observe fabric thickness (±3% tolerance) and seam strength during cutting and sewing.

Step 3: Performance Testing

The performance of the blankets after completion is evaluated through the use of a Martindale Abrasion Tester (more than 10,000 rubs), Washing Fastness Tester (after 5-10 wash cycles), and Tensile Strength Tester.

Step 4: Final Inspection & Compliance

Besides a visual inspection and packaging checks, the products are certified to meet OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, CPSIA, and REACH ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌regulations.
